Hey, my name's Matthew. I'm looking for a female room mate for late December, or January 1st, 2024. The rent will be $850.00, with half a months rent deposit ($425.00). Minimum stay is 1 month, but longer stays are preferable. The room has a bed, a smart-tv, a mini fridge, a desk, a dresser, a closet, and a private restroom. Wifi / internet is free, and utilities / hydro is free. The laundry room is shared with the other people in the building. I'm looking for someone who is respectful, clean, and nice. No smoking inside of the house. I hope we get a long together well. I like to be friendly with my room mates. The location is on Kingsway and Kerr, Vancouver, BC, Canada. -5 minute walk to Joyce Skytrain Station. -1 minute walk to bus stops going to UBC (45 minutes busride), downtown (30 minutes busride), and metrotown (20 minutes bus ride). -5 minute walk to Killarney Community Centre (Gym / Pool / Etc.) There's an underground parking lot if you're planning on driving. About me: I'm a single working professional, I work in the mornings and usually go to the gym after work.
