I would like to complain about a situation that occurred multiple times on your website.
I am a host of shared room apartment. Hygiene and respect are important values to those who live in our apartment. Sometimes, we accept applicants based on the single fact that they are from Japan and that we prefer to have Japanese roommates. We can then share the culture and food from both countries ( Canada and Japan).

Some applicants do not follow the rules of the house and therefore are asked to leave the place with no possibility to renew their contract. Knowing that we use JPCanada website to post the availability of the room, the rejected applicants used the comment box of the advertisement on JPCanada to put negative comments about the room which is discriminatory and destroys the reputation of this place that took on over 20 people from Japan over the years.

How can we make sure to erase the existing comments on 106472 and 106478 and prevent people from doing that again?

We are going to write this complaint on both sections allocated in this website.
