↑This person claims that his primary language is English, and that he was born and raised in Vancouver. I do not find this person to be a native speaker of English at all, so the posting looks like a lie. If that is so, the person is not honestly looking for language and cultural exchange.

(To be perfectly fair, it's possible that the person is a native speaker, but with a very low IQ, or else a brain injury from an accident, stroke or disease.)

(But "easy-going friends" is strange, still. Of course the friends that we make are usually easy-going. Nobody looks for friendship with high strung, nervous, tense people! This odd word choice looks like a bad translation of some word from another language.)
