What exaxtly are your qualifications (e.g., degree in education)? How many years of and what kind of teaching experiences do you have? Have you taught ESL at colleges or universities? How would you assist people in employment? Are you an experienced employment counselor? You don’t even show your name or anything and there is hardly any information at all. Plus how would you expect people (probably Japanese) learning English fully understand your introduction all in English?
