タイトル通りなのですが、違いがいまいち分かりません。。
色々調べては見たのですが、Prime Rib Roast とは塊のお肉でそれをスライスしてステーキ状にした物がRib Steakなのでしょうか？
両方とも骨付きですよね？(骨付き希望）

Definition of Prime Rib:

A tender cut of beef taken from the rib primal. A Prime Rib Roast is also often referred to as "Standing Rib Roast."
It is very tender, flavorful, and expensive. A slice of uncooked prime rib roast is really a "rib steak" which includes the "rib eye" portion.
