[ A dangerous dilemma ]ー　Documentary Film　２０１０ー原爆投下は「人類史上の悲劇」

今こそ、宿命的すれ違うばかりだった理念と現実、平和を祈る思いと政治の論理を、地平線上に！

今、世界の若者に、新しい発想と行動こそが求められている

　
　　　誰の為！　「　恒久平和への思考　」

今や、世界のリーダーとリーダーの加速が、そして、グローバルスケールの力強い若者達の声が世界を変える！
新世代に恒久平和を（　次世代に贈る。生きる希望を確かなものに　）！

その言葉は人類の為、そして、あなたの為、又、被爆国の一人としての、我々の為。　
　　　　　　　　　　　　

今年度　広島市長秋葉氏の「　平和宣言　」の１語、１語の内容は重く、棲ざましい平和への闘志を汲み取れるかの様だった！

有史 以来、人類未曾有にして、１瞬に数十万の罪なき人々を無差別殺戮という　
「　活けとし全ての生命を、極限状態という地獄に陥れた事実　」

報復の理論か！赤子、老人、一般市民への、灼熱の４０００度、４４０Kmの爆風、恐怖の放射線〜！

「炭のように生身を焼かれ、一口の水も飲むこともできずに亡くなった多くの広島、長崎の人々」。

愛する子供、そして、愛する妻と、その絆も灰の如く！

これが原子爆弾。これが戦争なのだ！これが本当にあったことなのだ！



　　　☆　「　許し難い２０世紀の事実　」　☆


今こそ、被爆者の生への無念の願い、いくら封印しようとも、癒えない心の傷を世界に伝えよう。
生きる希望にしがみ付き、ここまで来た、広島、長崎の市民の無念の魂の為！

ただ１つの願い。私たちは核兵器のない未来を、決して諦めませんと。　彼らの声を！


今、英知を集め、その戦争の真実を解き、明日の人類恒久平和えの確かな礎石を築くべき、時だろう！。


核対核による抑止では、平和も安全も守れないことに、漸く、世界は気づき始めた。
今、アメリカ自身も「核のない、平和で安全な世界を追求していくことを、明確に宣言した。
※　（　U S　原爆の正当性ー老人７０％、しかし、１８〜３４歳では５０％〜７０％に低下）。

その声は、今や、平和希求への、人類史に新たな「　時代の変化　」の夜明けと言えよう。

それら言葉の真意に向け、今や世界は心を１つにし、力強い国際協調主義への確かな転換不動の時であろう。

　　「　核兵器のない世界　」　に向け、　あなたも、　わたしも！　　　　　　　　
　　　　　　　　「　Yes 　We 　can　」　と！

この「平和への願い　」の地平線上に、確かなゴールは見えて、居る！

「　Somebody has to say Stop　 if 　Not you, 　Who?　」


そして、今こそ、日本の広島、長崎の地に「　安らぎへの扉　」を閉じたく願っている。 M M



「　理念と粗筋 　」

A　平和への発進は、ここ平和都市カナダ、バンクーバーから。(人道的立場の解明、中立な立場で世界に発信)。
B　平和を願う日本から。(忘れることなかれ、二度とこの惨禍を繰り返してはならない、そう、日本人は魂の奥底に刻んだ)。

主旨、目的 　：

A これまでの大国主導、一極支配の力の理論から　「人間の安全保障　」そして、新しい世代への安全と、新たな希望を分け合う。
B　平和への理解を鍛える為の、若い層への　Film　教科書、参考資料つくりー。 高校生、中学生用対象（英語、フランス語など　各国語に翻訳　）
　　
内容　（原爆の真実、：　破壊力、物理的、数字的に図解、データーによる、脅威の事実（真相）を伝える
C　 まずは、自国日本に前向きの潮流を生み出し、同時に、平和を希求する世界の市民の心性と、国際社会に知性と賛同を問う。

方法　：

A　　Documentary Film 製作、その他。
B　 世界にアピール　（　I.　T　駆逐　＋　メデイアーと組む）
C　　各国政府、各平和市長協議会の支援を。

注： （なぜ、広島、長崎の声は、過去６０数年　世界に届かなかつたか！(分析）ー　何がその真意なのか？？？
例：日本と北米の教育原点の違い！北米個人の権利、嫌なものはNO。

☆戦敗国としての、又、痛ましい核の悲劇を視覚で伝えるのでなく、心に響く、衝撃の被爆者の声を理解可能なユニークな表現方で！

Salt -Spring-Hiroshima Day

Dear friends,


For more than 25 years Salt Springers have organized events on Hiroshima
Day to commemorate the first use of nuclear weapons and the many victims
who suffered so atrociously from that. Also to dedicate ourselves to
working for peace.


This year there will be a rather brief, very informal gathering at the
peace park across from Artspring on Aug. 6 at 5 PM. People are
encouraged to come, with or without flowers for the peace symbol we will
be making or poems, letters or other things to share.


I will be bringing postcards designed to be mailed to federal
representatives. These cards call for "a department of peace
" , "Create sustainable peace", etc. and on
the back there is place to write about: "What I would like to say to
Members of Parliament in support of a Department of Peace is...."


It would be great to get these postcards distributed over as wide an
area as possible, so that MPs from across the country get them. If you
would like a bunch of postcards for you and friends to send in to your
MP, and won’t be able to make it to the Hiroshima Day event, please let
me know and I can arrange to get some cards to you.

for this year’s Hiroshima Day:

To the Editor:




"Let all souls rest in peace for we shall not repeat the evil."
This is the prayer you will find on the memorial cenotaph in the
Hiroshima Peace Park. This year, on August 6th, 64 years will
have passed since that fateful day. Three days later an atomic
bomb was also dropped on Nagasaki. In the Nagasaki Peace
Declaration they say: "The citizens of Nagasaki wish that they
be the last ones to suffer from the damage and tragedy caused by
an atomic bombing and nuclear weapons."


Will they be the last? This year we are inviting the Salt
Spring community to leave flowers at the gate to the Heiwa
Garden, across from Artspring, both to commemorate the victims
of these attacks and to honour their wish that nuclear weapons
never again be used. We will create a peace symbol on the grass
in the park with them. With the many problems facing the world
relating to climate change and dwindling resources it is a time
when working for peace is more urgent than ever. With the
flowers we will also be honouring all those working for
peace around the world.


Please leave your flowers at the gate during the day. Someone
will be there to arrange them after 5:00 PM.
