日本人と英会話したいのか？ 　

なんかさ、グラマー直せとか、なんでここに掲載するのとかって、そもそもの趣旨からずれてる気がするんだけど。英語が完璧じゃないから"I want to speak English"っていってるわけだし、日本語が読めるカナダ人が見てる可能性だってあるじゃん。英語が上達したいのも友達が欲しいのも皆同じ。もうちょっと暖かくいこうよ。

If you want to practice your English, you might want to consider a language exchange. It’s a good start to find friends. There are a couple of places downtown you can try out (i.e. 日加センター). Good luck!
