Yes it’s grammatically incorrect but just because someone says they are Canadian doesn’t mean they are a native English speaker. Vancouver is not really a great representation of Canada. Caucasians ( white skinned people) are actually a minority here. Just look around. So via immigration all types and kinds of people are “Canadian “. The Japanese think all Canadians are white skinned native English speakers when in fact especially here referring to Vancouver that is very far from the truth.

“Canadians” are the people who have Canadian citizenships .
“Immigrants” are vary.
“Native English speakers” are people whose first language is English. You don’t have to be Canadians as there are many English speaking countries.

Res8, it is very obvious that you are not a native English speaker. However, it is totally fine to address yourself as a Canadian or an immigrant because it does not mean your first language is English.

I am just saying that it does not benefit the language exchange partner if he/she is trying to learn English from someone whose first language is not English and making very basic grammatical errors.

Res10さんは日本人または韓国人とかアジア圏の方のようですね。
そのあたりの言語は英語やヨーロッパ言語のように単数複数があまりはっきりしてないため、たぶんそうでしょうね。
Citizenshipsでもcitizenshipでもどちらでも大丈夫ですよ🙆‍♀️

Varyは動詞なので、形容詞として使ってるのは間違いですね。
Res10さんはご自分の英語とres9さんの英語を比較していますが、同じぐらいなんてことはなく、res9さんの英語の方が断然綺麗に整っています。
たぶん、英語と日本語の言語交換をしたいなら、英語が第一言語の方とやらないとって言っているだけなので、そんなに人を批判するようなことでも無いんではないかな？

確かに、res9さんのはピンポイントで間違いが指摘できるのに対して、res8さんの英語は単数複数もバラバラで、他の文章の書き方自体変える必要があって、ピンポイントでどこが間違いだとか指摘できないですね😅
