I'm a real big fan of Okinawa food. I finally went to Okinawa last year and it was amazing. Anyways, I've been making my own Okinawa soba (and other food) from scratch. I make the noodles, kamaboko, jimami tofu, etc. I think it's pretty tasty but I want other people's opinion and advice!

Do you want to chat on Line for now and maybe meet after the pandemic is over to cook/eat Okinawan or Japanese food? I speak and understand some Japanese and am a fluent English speaker. Hope this doesn't seem strange.....haha
