Do you like playing Baseball (Softball)? Are you athletic? International Students Club (ISC) of Broadway Church is looking for a few more good players to join our annual Softball league at Broadway church. You don’t have to be a member of the church to play with us or a member at ISC. We have a few openings so please apply with ISC team Director Ed Wilson-Liu at worship@telus.net or call 604-879-1124. Each team from the church plays 2 games each Sunday afternoon between 2:00 – 4:30 pm. The cost will be $400 per team (divided amongst the team members) and the season will run for six consecutive Sundays starting Sunday May 25th. The season ending tournament will be on July 5th. All games are played on 4 fields at Westburn park in Burnaby. We need to have 2 girls playing on the field at all times. We will run some practices in May before the first game so please apply asap. We’re looking to have 12 – 15 on our team.

If you’re in your 20s or older and an International Student living or working in Vancouver, you are welcome to also join us for our weekly ISC meetings every Monday evening at Broadway church – 2700 E. Broadway from 5:30 – 8:45 pm. Email us for more details.
