Today we are looking for some active and energetic volunteers to help out with our Jan Ken Pon Family Games Day on Sunday, February 9th, as well as our Treasure Hunt Market & Used Japanese Book Sale on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, February 13th - 15th.

Tasks will include:
Jan Ken Pon Family Games Day
1) Sun, Feb 9, 1:30pm-5:30pm : Event Operations, Guest Services, Set-Up/Take-Down, & Clean-up

Treasure Hunt Market & Used Japanese Book Sale
2) Thu, Feb 13, 5pm-8pm : Set-up, moving books
3) Fri, Feb 14, 1pm-5pm : Sorting books (*Japanese reading skills necessary.)
4) Sat, Feb 15, 9am-1pm, 1pm-5pm, 4pm-7pm, : Cashier, take-down, & clean-up

If you are interested in volunteering at Jan Ken Pon, we would like you to attend the orientation. It's an opportunity to meet other volunteers and see all the activities. Orientation will be held a week in advance on Saturday, February 1st at 11am at Nikkei Centre.
If you can not come on Feb 1st, please let me know when you are available during the first week of February besides Sunday and Monday when we are closed. We will have a small meeting individually.
(If you have helped at Jan Ken Pon before, you do not need to attend.)

こんにちは。この度、日系センターでは2月9日にじゃんけんポンゲーム大会、2月15日にお宝市＆古本市を開催することとなりました。
それに伴い、以下のとおりご協力いただけるボランティアを募集しています。

日時：業務内容
●じゃんけんポンゲーム大会
2月9日（日）1:30pmー5:30pm：日本古来のゲーム説明、実演、レクチャー、管理、受付、セットアップ＆片づけ
※2月1日（土）11am よりオリエンテーションがあります。当日参加できない場合は、個別にて対応します。
　2月第1週の火〜土曜日、午前9時半〜午後5時までの間で、希望の日時をご連絡ください。

●お宝市＆古本市
2月13日（木）5pmー8pm：セットアップ、本の移動
14日（金）1pm〜5pm：本の種別分け ※日本語が問題なく読める方
15日（土）9am〜1pm、1pm〜5pm、4pm〜7pm：レジ係、Kidsゾーン管理係、片付け
