英語を書くときは、英語脳で文章を作れるぐらいになってから、他人の英語の添削してくださいね。

shoses => shoes (shoe が単数形です)
come off from my feet => the shoes slip off my feet
Could you please exchange to => Could I exchange for the right size? の方が全然自然。交換するのはお店の人じゃないですし、 exchange to とは言わないです。
