From the pictures this camera appears　to belong to a a teenage boy (or maybe a little older) that was with a tour group that day.

Why don't you bring it to the Park Office?

I didn't see one.
From the pictures it appears that it belongs to an japanese student staying at UBC in Gage Towers. I tried calling... but the office is closed for the long weekend. I will try to call again on Truesday. Hopefully he will still be there.
