Hi Juri-san. Sorry but I cannot type Japanese so I am writing in English...
I am not sure how possible you will find your electrical dictionary, but even if you cannot get it back, you can get money back for that with your insurance which is normally included your credit card, at least.
One of my friend’s digital camera was stolen when he was travelling in South Africa. He went to police right after it happened and he told about it to the insurance company on the phone, then he could get money back for his digital camera.
He said he sent the information about the stolen camera, explained how it was stolen and attached the letter from police office saying that it was stolen. Actually he didn’t even join in any special insurance plan. He just used the insurance accompanied with his credit card plan.
So, if you cannot find your dictionary after all, I suggest you to get the letter from the police and call your credit card company to ask their help.

The most important thing you have to do now is getting the letter from police, I suppose.

Thank you for your kindness.
