一ヶ月前、学生ビザーを申請し、急用でカナダを離れていました。取りあえずVISAが出たら、友達に送ってもらうことにしていたのですが、、、VAISはREJECTEDとされ、以下の内容のレターが届きました。

Your Application for restoration is refused, as I am not satisfied that you meet the above criteria. You are required to leave Canada as you are now without status have been reported under subsection A 44(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, for remaining in Canada without the Authorization of an Immigration Officer, Once reported, it is referred to the Minister’s Delegate who will review the report and if found valid, will then interview you and may issue a removal order against you. Should you not comply with the removal order within the time limits given to you by the Minister’s Delegate, the order will automatically turn into a Deporation Order.

If you wish to avoid having a removal order issued against you, you should depart Canada as soon as Possible and Provide proof of this departure by presenting the enclosed Voluntary Departure/ Confirmation Form at the port of your departure. If this is at Vancouver International Airport, Please allow one extra hour for this process. Please present your form at the Canada Immigration Centre at the Airport after checking in and receiving your boarding pass. (It is advisable to contact the immigration office at the airport at 666-1185 in advance of booking your ticket in order to confirm when the office is open.)

Your Failure to provide proof of your departure could result in enforcement action being taken against you. Further, this order may have an effect on your ability to return to Canada in the future. It is in your best interests to follow these instructions carefully and to do so as soon as possible.

上の書類を出せずに、カナダを出ていることで、、、又再入国の際に何か引っかかるんじゃないかと思いますが、こういう場合はどう処理したら良いか、、どなたか詳しい方がいらしたら、教えてください。本当に困っています。宜しくお願いします。

絶望。

取りあえず、移民局の方へ連絡をして、カナダを出た時の飛行機チケットなどを送る形の証明方法はどうかなとか、、、考えてみたんですけど、、これも絶望的なこどでしょう。ーー’’’’’’’’

となっていますがrestorationってVISAが既に切れてしまった人が
「〇〇の事情で期限前に申請することができませんでした。
　どうしようもなかったんです。特別料金も払います。
　だから延長を認めてください」
ってヤツですよね。
ってことは申請したときにすでにVISA切れの状態だったんですか？
　

基本的にVISA申請中にカナダ国外出たらダメですよ。
文章から推測するに申請中にVISAが切れている状態で国外でていたとしたら却下されても文句言えないと思います。
一度VISA申請を却下されると今後入国、VISA取得がかなり難しくなると思いますし最悪入国の際に門前払いされる事もありえます。
近日中に再入国、VISA取得できるかどうかはその原因とイミグレの判断だとは思います。
　

Departure order 　A departure order requires that the person leave Canada within 30 days after the order becomes enforceable and that they confirm their departure with CBSA.
Deportation order 　A person who has been removed as a result of a deportation order is permanently barred from returning to Canada. Such people may never return unless they receive written permission from an officer.
A departure order automatically becomes a deportation order when someone who has been issued a departure order does not leave Canada as required or leaves Canada without confirming the departure with CBSA.

ちょっとシリアスな状況だと思う。最後の文が問題。当てはまっちゃってる。
普通に考えると二度とカナダへ入国出来ない。
the enclosed Voluntary Departure/ Confirmation Form　をなんらかの方法でイミグレオフィスへ届けられれば可能性はあるかも知れないれけど、大使館に直接聞くべき重大な局面だと思う。
