Food Service Supervisor

•Previous food service management experience; preferably in a multi-unit environment
•Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast paced environment
•Ability to travel within an assigned region and with a flexible schedule to accommodate operational needs.
•Must be self-motivated and customer focused oriented
•Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure and deal with stressful situations

Job Responsibilities:
•Responsible for the day to day operations of an assigned area including supervising employees, managing financial performance and maintaining high levels of satisfaction with services to guests and customers
•Hire, train and lead a team ensuring operating standards are adhered to including: food quality and safety, guest experience, productivity, and health and safety
•Drive the rollout and implementation of new programs and initiatives i.e. implementation of new store openings, new product roll outs and marketing programs
•Routinely visit assigned stored, ensuring the Company’s policies and procedures are properly executed
•Build and maintain strong customer relationships with store management and third party auditors
