Floral Designer (Part-time)

[Summary]
Queensberry Flower Company Inc. is looking for an floral designer to work at our Yaletown Design Studio.

We are looking for a positive, hard working and outgoing professional with a minimum of 1 year experience working at a retail florist to join our team! This will be a great position for those looking for part-time work that will allow you to put your creativity and skills to work!

[Key Responsibilities]
- Create beautiful floral designs while adhering to Queensberry's design policy and create the floral products that exceed client's expectations.
- Conduct consultations with the wedding and corporate clients in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Plan and execute wedding floral design in all aspect of the floral products.
- Respond to email and telephone inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build a strong rapport with clients and other businesses.
- Promote our services to a wide range of potential clients.
- All other duties as assigned.

[Preferred Knowledge and Experience]
- 1+ year of working experience at a retail florist
- Excellent knowledge of wedding and event floral design
- Able to assist clients and provide consultation for wedding florals
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Current driver's licence
- Long-term work permit (Working Holiday Visa not accepted)

[Work Hours]
- Approx. 20 - 25 hours/week
- You may be asked to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) during the busy wedding season (June, July, August & September).
- During the busy floral holidays including Valentine's Day and Mother's Day (4-5 days, 5-8 hours a day).

イエールタウン駅構内にあるQueensberry Flower Companyにてパートタイムのフローラルデザイナーを急募します。
２月からスタートできる方を希望します。ブーケやアレンジメントを作ったり、メールの返信、電話でのコンサルテーションなど英語で問題なくこなせる方を募集します。

勤務時間
火曜日〜土曜日　１０時半〜２時半または２時〜６時。　週２０〜２５時間程度。
日月定休日

長期間働けるビザをお持ちの方（ワーホリ不可）
お花に興味があって、花に関して学ぶ意欲のある方。
英語で接客、電話、メールなどプロフェッショナルレベルでできるかた。
花屋で働いていた経験がある方優遇。
