Terms of Employment: Full Time

Position: Tour guide Supervisior

Salary: $18 Hourly for 30 hours per week, Gratuities, Other Benefits

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Banff, Alberta

Duties: Supervise and train other stuff, assign duties, prepare parer works and respond to customer, assist and help guests' urgent need

Skill Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school, Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Local Tour Guide Certification, Driver's License Class 4,a Clean drivers abstract First Aid Certificate

Experience: at least 3 years experience in tour guide

Skills: speaking, reading and writing Japanese, communicative English, Communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Finding information, Continuous learning, knowledge of local area, ability to use computer
