Dharma Sushi Restaurant (Sushi and Japanese cuisine) is looking for an experienced (at least one year) cook to work in a restaurant specializing in Japanese cuisine and sushi. Knowledge and experience with Japanese food/sushi will be a big asset. We are looking for a full-time cook (approx. 40hours/wk) who can prepare individual dishes, ensure quality of food, clean kitchen and work areas, wash dishes, use specialized equipments, supervise/train other kitchen helpers, and work with minimal supervision. Skills in making sushi will be a great asset for the position. The restaurant is located in downtown Halifax.
