We are doctoral Industrial/Organizational Psychology students at Alliant International University, San Diego, CA. We are conducting an online study of how groups and individuals go about accomplishing a given task, and we would highly appreciate your participation. All it involves is reading a brief work scenario (about six lines) and completing a short questionnaire. Most people who participate finish in 15 minutes or less. You will not be required to provide any personally identifying information, so all of your answers will be anonymous and held in complete confidentiality.
