My application is in process. I think you better check the CIC website & "Kako log" of JP Canada. There are lots of useful information you could see. Otherwise, some people would scold you in good round terms. I hope you get what I am saying.
However, I could tell you my personal experiences. I enclosed the following in my application.
Witness letters from friends(both sides) : total 6
Pictures : more than 30
Ferry tickets when we traveled
Letter from landlord to prove we have been living together more than a year.
Letter from the bank to prove we have been keeping joint account more than a year.
