今回日本に一時帰国するにあたって書類を少しでも集めて帰ろうと思ってます。弁護士との面談を１回だけしました。その際、職務経歴書をもらってきなさいと言われたので、早速日本で働いていた会社に連絡をとりました。その場合、年収を記載されている証明書のほうがいいのでしょうか？働いていた在職期間と仕事内容は書いてもらうように頼んでます。その弁護士を雇ったわけではないので、弁護士には聞けません。わかるかた教えてください。よろしくお願いします。

弁護士をやとわないならば、やはり自分で一通りガイドブックと自分が申請する予定のVisa officeのVisa office instructionsに目を通すことを勧めます。とくにVisa office instructionsのチェックリストは、必要書類がすべてリストになっていますし。どのような内容がその書類に記されているべきかも書かれています。そのチェックリストを見るだけでも，日本でどんな書類を集めてくれば良いのか分かります。
取りあえず、職務経歴の項を抜粋しました。必要なのは職務経歴だけではないですよ！

• the specific period of your employment with the company

ということはやはり年収が書いてある書類が必要のようですね。
もう一度会社に電話して年収がわかる明細書の発行が可能かどうか聞いてみます。
やはり上記に書かれているものをすべて集めないといけないものなのでしょうか？
弁護士にいわれたのは、大学の卒業証明書・職歴証明書・戸籍謄本といわれました。あとは残高とのことでしたが、まだIELTSを受けていないので残高はテストを受けた後にしようと思ってます。
聞いた話だと残高は３ヶ月以内ではないといけないとか？
自分でも再度引き続き調べてみます。ありがとうございました。
　

チェックリストを見ると分かると思いますが、成績証明書なども必要ですので、弁護士が言ったものだけを集めないように。 　

私の場合、年収は源泉徴収票を英訳してもらい、職歴については「この人はこういう仕事を、こういう働きぶりでやってもらいました」みたいなレターを一筆書いてもらいました。
英語で書けない人も多いので、こっちで文を作成して、そのレター（できれば会社のロゴなどが入った正式な便箋）にサインだけしてもらった例もありました。

ところで返信３さんがおっしゃってました、成績証明書ですが、こちらはマストなのでしょうか？
appendix読むと、このようにかかれてました。
College or university documents: certification of completion and the graduation degree, diploma, or certificate issued by the college or university and the evaluation committee;
ORと書いてあると言うことはなくても大丈夫ととってよいのやら？という感じです。あるに越したことはないのかもしれませんが…。

　

成績証明書は必ず必要です。
ちなみに成績証明書はdegreeやdiplomaの子とではなく、Transcriptsです。

Transcripts: original transcripts of all degrees must be submitted in universitysealed envelopes. 　

Res.6さんがおっしゃってくれたように、成績証明書はTranscriptになります。
