I just finished my Medical check yesterday. The lady who works at the doctors office said that it is going to cost me about 50 to 200 dollars to send my helth exam result to Manila.
I didn’t know that I had to pay for it.
Did anyone pay for the postage?

健康診断の送付先は、オタワですよ。なので、支払いの必要はありません。

My wife was told by the doctor that he would send the medical to Ottawa *specifically* to avoid that (otherwise, he said, we would have to pay for the shipping direct to Manilla).

Perhaps the doctors office you went to does not know about this. Ask them to send it to Ottawa instead so that it can be forwarded to Manilla.
