スポンサーの条件は
16歳以上であること。
過去３年間、スポンサー経験がないこと。
移民した相手の生活保証を３年間すること。

ジゼルさんが働けるのは申請が下りてからです。
正確に言うと、SIN（Social Insurance Nunber)の取得後です。
SIN番号を取得していないと働く事は出来ません。 　

First of all, Congratulations!
secondly, you could apply a work permit with a letter from Immigration office(you will receive this letter applox.2-3months after applying Landed Immigrant status).
It takes about 1 month to get it and if it hasn’t changed it costs $75.
with that work permit, you can apply for SIN and they will give you a temporary copy right there. so that you can start look for a job.
You will receive a Marriage Certificate after (about)1month you get merried. you’ll need this to apply Landed Immigrant Status.
It took about 4.5months for me to get a work permit.
