現在、私は、学生ビザ＆オフキャンパスワークを保持しています。主人は配偶者としてオープンワークを保持しています。

私がPost Secondary Graduate Programでワーク申請。主人はオープンワークを継続申請するのですが、おそらく現在のビザが、新ビザ到着前に期限切れしてしまいます。

その場合、新ビザが届くまで、今のワークビザは有効になるのでしょうか？ それとも滞在OKだけれども、就労はNGになるのでしょうか？

色々調べたのですが、いまいちスッキリとした答えが見つかりません…。どなたかご存知でしたら、教えてください。

For students who will soon be graduating, please note that you can continue to work using your off-campus work permit (as long as you have a valid study permit and valid off-campus work permit) for a period of 90 days from the date of completion of requirements for your degree. This 90-day period is meant to coincide with the 90-day period you have in which to apply for a post-graduation work permit if you find a job related to your field of study. ただ、私のパスポートの期限が９０日以内だったため、通常のpost-graduation work permit 許容期間があてはまらないのです…。

主人のオープンワークについて継続OKなのか、NGなのか、勤務先に報告もしなければならないのですが、短期なら大丈夫なのでしょうか？ 　

パスポートの期限が90日以内だったとは？？？
