Unpaid representativeとして知人のワークビザの延長手続きをしてあげたいのですが、どなたかunpaid representativeとしてビザ代理申請のご経験のある方がいましたら、教えてください。

Use of Representativeのフォームを提出するのは理解しているのですが、Authorized RepresentativeではないのでAuthorized Representative Portalへのアクセスはできないと思います。
となると、具体的にどうやってオンラインでUnpaid Representativeが代理申請できるのでしょうか。

Unpaid Representativeも申請者と同じようにIRCCのアカウントを作成するということでしょうか。IRCCのWebsiteももちろん隈なくチェックしたのですが、情報を見つけられず、どなたかご存知でしたらアドバイスいただけると大変ありがたいです。

注意しなければならないことは、申請者がちゃんと理解しているということ。
理解していないとうまくいかなかった場合、責任問題で告訴まで発展することがある。
