JINYA Ramen Bar - Brentwood - Assistant Kitchen Manager
JINYA Ramen Bar is a well-established, trendy, casual dining ramen franchise with more than 40 locations
across US and Canada. JINYA Ramen Bar - Brentwood, the newest JINYA restaurant located in The Amazing
Brentwood Shopping Centre, is looking for passionate and talented individuals to join our initial
management team and sharing an exciting restaurant building journey together. This is a great opportunity
to grow your career by joining a well-known restaurant in its early stage.
You must have:
- at least 2 years of kitchen supervisory/managerial experience in a high-volume casual dining restaurant
- friendly, positive, a can-do attitude and a nice smile
ability to clearly communication in English
strong time management, organization, problem-solving skills and able to handle high stress situations
- ability to train team members and create a positive work environment
- ability to handle customer concerns and complaints
- Food Safety Level 1 Certificate (MUST HAVE)
- Serve It Right Certificate (good to have)
***YOU MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO LOS ANGELES FOR A 8 WEEK MANAGEMENT TRAINING IN JULY AND
AUGUST, 2022.
