The barbershop provides ultra-luxe Japanese-style grooming services, including haircuts, shaves, hand and foot repairs and shoeshine services, in a stylish and enjoyable environment dedicated to men. The day spa offers clients a holistic approach to beauty in achieving a balance between the mind, body and skin. It is catered to both men and women and offers high-end, natural Japanese skincare products which are from the Myufull line of products directly from Japan. Oo Spa is looking for an experienced, personable and dedicated Aesthetician to join our growing team of professionals. Oo Spa Requirements: You possess knowledge and experience providing services with All-Natural Skin Care products You possess knowledge with regards to how diet, lifestyle, and other products can effect skin Passionate about all skin care related topics Take initiative and build sincere relationships with customers Address all on-site customer issues in an effective manner Understand and align with the standard of providing customers with the best possible experience, every time they visit the spa Ability to get fully certified in all Myufull Certifications Provide the Myufull services, product knowledge and education to the customer Assist the customer with all skin care related products Answer any questions customers may have in regard to the products and skin care treatment tools Must be a team player Approach and educate clients on retail recommendations and Myufull treatments with confidence and knowledge Recommend and up-sell services to assist guest in their beauty needs Lead by example, in all aspects of the role Understand and align with the culture and concept of the business model Maintain the brand facility standards Assets (not a requirement): Fluent in Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, Mandarin, or any other language Familiar with traditional Japanese spas and the philosophy of how services are provided to customers Familiar with high end luxury client services Social Media knowledge and advertising skills Familiar with Zenoti and other Spa related Software Experience: Aesthetician - 3+ year (Required) Education: High school, College, University Any skin care or spa related certificates or diplomas Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Salary: $20.00-$29.00 per hour Additional pay: Bonus pay Commission pay Tips Benefits: Store discount Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Holidays Monday to Friday Weekend availability Experience: spa: 3 years (preferred) aesthetician: 3 years (preferred)
