Landscape Foreman / Lead Hand
We are currently looking for Foreman and Lead Hands to join our fast-growing crew.

Compensation & Benefits
• Full-time Landscape Foreman/ Lead Hand position available to start immediately
• Monday – Friday, 40 – 45 hours per week (year-round)
• Salary: Foreman $27 - $35 Depending on experience, Lead Hand: $23 - $27 Depending on experience
• Commissions when running own jobs
• Overtime, Stat Holiday pay and 4% paid vacation pay as per Employment Standard
• Weekly payroll
• Extended medical benefit including dental upon completion of three months probationary period
• Opportunities for certified trainings and promotion within the company

Duties/Requirements Include:
• Work is in the Vancouver and the Lower Mainland area on commercial and residential construction sites
• Valid driver’s licence is a must
• Must be able to manage physically demanding outdoor work conditions, including but not limited to installing plants, soil, gravel, pavers, assisting with irrigation etc.
• Be able to run and manage crews in efficient fashion
• Be proficient in installing pavers & retaining walls
• Install softscapes including soil, planting, sod etc.
• Be able to read blueprints
• Good communicator
• Operate skid steer and excavator
• Participate in our Safety Program; completing forms every week, conduct toolbox meetings with the crew and train new employees
• Must be legally able to work in Canada
