As Administrative Assistant, working closely with the Marketplace Managers, you are responsible in performing administrative tasks, projects and activities for the E-Commerce Marketplace department. As a young professional with the ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment, this position allows you to learn and contribute your strengths and skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitor and budget Marketplaces pay per click.
• Assist to maintain optimal marketplaces inventory level.
• Monitor and analyze competitors’ listings.
• Answer customer technical inquiries.
• Perform administrative tasks such as triaging emails and communication threads.
• Report directly to Marketplace Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
COMPETENCIES:
• Minimum 1-year successful direct sales experience in technology or adjacent industries.
• College Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Driven to meet or exceed consumers expectation on customer service.
• Comfortable with technology and the use of standard Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to write and speak English. Cantonese or Mandarin language is an asset.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
