Due to a rapid growth and expansion of business, we are seeking a Customer Support Agent to join our team in Burnaby location.


≪We are looking for≫
- Strong English Writing and communication skill, providing customer support via email, phone and chat therefore strong writing skill is required.
- Long Term partnership and loyalty to the company/Brand.
- Team player that communicates well with others.
- A physically fit or active person would be preferable.
- Salary rate will be starting from $2.650.00/month. The salary will be negotiable depending on experience, such as Call Center experience and fluency in another language.
- Basic PC skills (MS Word, Excel)
- Open mind and friendly
- Working hours Monday-Friday (9AM-5:30PM)

≪Duties≫
- Corresponding customer’s inquiries by email phone and Chat.
- Perform other Operation Process duties as assigned.
- Assisting warehouse operation such as pick and pack, inventory count, etc.
