Requirement
・Have eligibility to work legally in Canada (work permit over 6months)
・Have confidence with speaking in English (perfection is not required)
・Have a strong sense of responsibility
・Take initiative
・Love to talk and offer friendly customer service

Preferred
・Have a Food Safety Level1 certificate

Duties

• Direct engagement in sales or cashier duties, or in performing services for customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding
to inquiries and complaints.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality
goods at all times.
• Following safety, health, and security rules; Perform work activities of subordinates, such
as cleaning and organizing shelves and ensuring that displays meet the visual standards
of the Store.
• Process payments via cash, credit or debit card and deal with returns of merchandise as
per company rules & policies.
• Handling customer complaints in a respectful manner and report to supervisors.
• Opening and closing operations.
• Facilitate customer returns at store level.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Organize product display.
• Assist with floor sales and customer inquiries.
• Monitor and complete product price change if needed.
• Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds
• Ability to climb a ladder
