Farm to table market West Vancouver location is looking for an assistant store manager, main duties below:

- Assist the store manager in the daily functions & operations, perform all job tasks as assigned
- Must be self-motivated, responsible and goal oriented. Must have a Can-Do attitude and work efficiently
- Cover absent staff’s shifts and providing additional coverage at peak sale times
- Ensure store policies & procedures and met & other company expectations are followed.
- Maintain the store appearance
- At all times, keep the store organized, clean and keep stock at optimal level
- Manage store inventory
- Maintain knowledge of all products available in the store, once shipments come in, if any new items advice manage right away and assign staff to display on the shelf
- Must keep an eye on product quality, apply discount and check date
- At all times, report short dated product list to manager
- At all times, report spoiled products to manager immediately
- Customer service
- Greet customers, answer phone calls and address customer complaints
When talking to customers, act professional, speak loud, friendly and resolve customer’s inquiries
- Assist in meeting sales target
- Provide suggestions of new items & promotional items
- Product research on trendy products related to store
- Promote products and make proper recommendations to customers
- Display attractively to promote seasonal and promotional items

Assistant store manager: $43,000/year (plus bonus up to $10,000)
