The production supervisor will oversee and assist with day to day operations that will include:
Deboning/trimming and portion cutting of beef, pork, and chicken
Operating machinery such as meat slicer, portioning, packaging
Assist and oversee clean-up of work areas and machinery
Keeping track of inventory, deliveries, and customers’ orders
Adhere to and maintain company standards and protocol

Ability to work in cold environments
Ability lift up to 50 pounds
Effective problem-solving and time management skills
Comfortable working with meat (beef, pork, chicken)
Ability to work independently and work with others
■応募資格
Knowledge of meat and/or experience in cooking/restaurants (min. 3 years preferred)
Experience as a Manager/Supervisor an asset
Japanese ability is an asset
Basic computer literacy
Good command of the English language an asset
Must have valid visa/work permit
Candidates requesting long-term work will be preferred(Will consider visa sponsorship for the appropriate candidate)
■待遇・賃金
$18/hr(start)to $25/hr depending on qualifications and experience
Monday to Friday: 6:30 am to 2:30 pm (Holidays off)
