Duties & Responsibilities
Main responsibility to control quality of product and collaborate daily with sales & production team members to discover & resolve potential order and delivery issues before they happen, and continuously consider process and automation-related improvements.

Receiving - Receive, inspect and record shipments with raw materials or products. Unloading packages, checking contents to ensure they match orders, label deliveries and allocate to warehouse. Assist with inventory control.

Picking – Receive and check incoming Packing Slips from the order desk; proactively ensure availability of parts, products and accessories

Product Assembly & Testing – Assemble & produce finished products. Test products & ensure quality control. Prepare orders with labeling and instruction guidelines, ensure all necessary parts & accessories are ready to pack.

Packing & Shipping– Prepare orders and ensure all necessary parts & accessories are included. Package products for outgoing shipments and customize packaging as needed. Assist in maintaining the shipping / receiving area to ensure a safe and clean working environment. Work with couriers, prepare shipping documents, and use automated shipping systems.

Must be fluent in English and able to communicate verbally and in writing.
Team player who works in the best interests of the team at all times, and will lead when required.
Positive attitude with a friendly and calm demeanor
Ability to adhere to deadlines, multitask, and remain focused on details through interruptions.
