- 建設リーダーとプロジェクトを計画
- 現場監督ヘルパー

必要条件：
- 専門学校または大卒以上
- 建築デザインの基礎知識要
- チームワーク
- 英語／日本語両方のコミュニケーション能力
- Autodesk Design CAD
- Adobe Illustrator
- 日本建築への関心がある人


追加スキル：
- Adobe Photoshop
- 3Dアニメーション

給与：
- 経験に基づいて$ 15〜$ 25 / h

New World Architects Inc. is seeking a Construction CAD operator who can also help us as a carpenter helper.


Duties:
- Design Construction Auto CAD
- Communicate with clients for Design (Local / Overseas)
- Discuss with construction leader to plan a project schedule
- Visit a jobsite and work as a carpenter helper when needed
- Material delivery

Requirements:
- Completion of technical college or university education;
- Knowledge of Construction and Design Auto CAD;
- Ability to work well in a team environment;
- Able to communicate in both English and Japanese;
- Autodesk Design CAD
- Adobe Illustrator;
- Interest into Japanese architecture design/ structure is an asset;

Additional Skill:
- Adobe Photoshop
- 3D Animation

Wages:
- $15~$25 /h based on experience
