Campagnolo Restaurant is a casual Italian restaurant that has been a landmark in the East Van restaurant scene for more than a decade.  We specialize in use local ingredients from some of the best farmers and purveyors close to the restaurant.  We have been known for our butchery programs, house made salumi, handmade pastas and breads, as well as our mentorship programs.  We pride ourselves in being one of the most complete teaching kitchens in the city and offer the chance to learn traditional and modern techniques as well as give many chances to stretch your creativity with our daily features.

We are looking for a chef de partie to join our team in a full time position.  We are entering our high volume season so some experience is an asset.  Send in CV's and cover letters to set up an interview and trial shift.
