Job Title: Administrative assistant (Logistic section) (Permanent Full-time Position)
Employer: Industrial Film Manufacturing and Distribution
Location: North Vancouver
Start Date: ASAP
Probation Period: 3 months
Work Hours: 9:00 to 18:00
Salary Range: $2000/month as start, group insurance (after the probation period)
Main Job Duties
- Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases
- Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Prepare invoices and bank deposits
- Order supplies and maintain inventory
- Service office equipment and arrange for servicing in the case of major repairs
- Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing

Requirements:
- Fluent English and Japanese in spoken and written
- At least college diploma
- Familiar with MS- office, accounting software will be an asset
- Possesses Canadian permanent resident or citizenship
- Detail oriented and multi task
- Self motivated individual who can work under minimal supervision
- Articulate and acumen
- Positive thinking and willing to adopt in fast passed environment
- Import and export documentation knowledge is definitely a plus
