Administrative Assistant (Regulations)

仕事内容
• Keep abreast of regulatory procedures and product changes to ensure products documents are maintained in compliance with local and corporate instruction
• Maintenance of registration data base locally
• Ensure company’s products comply with the regulations
• Support translation work
• Support for handling regulatory enquiries
• Preform compliance check when needed
• Performs database searches to input, retrieve and report information
• Maintains manual and computerized filling and retrieval systems for records/documents, including file correspondence, records, reports, inventory data and manuals
• Perform Ad-hoc assignments as required
応募資格
• Diploma holder in business or relevant subject
• At least 1 year’s relevant working experience in retail industry
• Work precisely according to procedures, rules and regulations
• Knowledge of Canada regulations is a plus
• Experience in using computerized software programs which include MS Office (i.e. Excel, Access) and experience with layout and formatting procedures for text, tables, and spreadsheets and mail merging
• Demonstrate strong organization skills and detail minded
• Able to multitask under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Japanese
• Immediate available is preferred
