仕事内容:
• Perform general office duties and provide administrative support such as data entry, filing and ordering office supplies
• Support receptionist duties
• Greet visitors in professional manner
• Support deliveries, photocopying, scanning, faxing and filing, to ensure services are provided in an efficient and effective manner
• Provide general and timely accounting support to operations
• Perform Ad-hoc assignments as required
応募条件:
• Diploma or above required with 1 year relevant working experience
• Good computer skills: Excel, MS Word and Powerpoint
• Demonstrate strong organization skills and detail minded
• Able to multitask under pressure
• Strong Communication and problem-solving skill
• With basic accounting knowledge
• Good command of English and Japanese
• Immediate available is preferred
