With programs running simultaneously, you are focused, extremely well organized and comfortable handling a variety of projects. Program Coordinator
Your responsibilities include:
1. Handling and responding to program related inquiries.
2. Registering clients and collecting relevant information prior to the start of the program.
3. Planning and organizing all activities to ensure the smooth and successful execution of the training program.
4. Preparing program materials.
5. Planning and organizing venues for out-of-town training programs.
6. Organizing catering for programs.
7. Preparing the office for training programs.
8. Booking flights and planning trip itineraries for coaches travelling to off-site programs.
9. Providing daily support to coaches and management to ensure successful delivery of programs.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A business degree or diploma is preferred.
2. Three years of administrative experience.
3. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
4. Experience working in a fast-pace environment that requires attention to projects simultaneously.
5. Driver’s licence
