We are currently expanding our division here at our Metrotown location. We are looking for individuals with previous hospitality experience to join our team!

Ideal candidates are looking to transition into an industry where their previous work experience, whether its bartending, waiting tables or working in hotels, can be a tremendous asset. This can get you started on a long-term career trajectory, with the opportunity for advancement and growth.

Associates are responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts provided by the company and helping members qualify for and customize their benefits packages to their specific needs. All accounts are provided and there is no cold-calling or selling to friends and family. Duties would include setting appointments, analyzing clients needs, advising benefits for each family, and maintaining high quality client retention.

For associates that excel in this one, we will select candidates for advancement opportunities based on their results, work ethic, attitude and leadership skills. Selected candidates will be cross trained in leadership, business development, human resources, marketing, public relations, and finance. These individuals would be groomed to run their own offices and territories.

We are currently looking to add three qualified candidates into our Management program here at head office before January 20th. There are several career advancement opportunities available for those who excel in this role and can get results. We are planning to open two new offices here in 2019 and are specifically looking to develop a candidate into senior management and regional management positions for these new offices.
