Job Description
Our dynamic fashion company is looking for a positive, mature part-time
Sales and Administrator. Candidate should have strong sales skills as well
as computer and organizational skills. The successful candidate will have an
opportunity to be in a full-time position and will work in-store with
employees. We are also a wholesale supplier, and you will deal with
wholesale tasks such as shipping and invoicing.

Duties include:

-sales in-store

-record keeping and reporting

-handling cash/credit card transactions,

-merchandising items in-store

-marketing using social media on Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and our own
website

-developing and marketing e-commerce and online store

-using Microsoft Office, especially Excel

-designing marketing tools using Illustrator and Photoshop

-administrative tasks such as entering invoices and purchase orders

-handling wholesale transactions and taking orders

-arranging shipments

Job Requirements

*strong sales skills

*computer skills

*organizational skills

*business English communication including reading, writing and telephone
skills

*Photoshop and Illustrator skills

*available to working in weekends

Asset Skills

*marketing skills

*knowledge of e-commerce

Additional Information

*wage depending on experience

*preferably a permanent resident (we are not be able to support a work
visa)
