OPENINGS: LINE COOK/FOOD PREP
WAGE: $12.65 + DOE + Tips + VP
SHIFT: FP & PT; inc. Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings, Weekends and Holidays
Privileges: Complimentary meals, 1pop can/per shift, employees discount 10% and so on
VISA: Canadian Citizen, PR, Work Permit

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
-Prepare and cook a variety of seafood
-Ensure excellent food quality, quantity, freshness and presentation
-Stock inventories
-Ensure prepared food is properly labeled, preserved, rotated everyday
-Ensure site is clean constantly and continually, well maintained and organized
-Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner

REQUIREMENTS:
-Previous experience in a restaurant and food industry setting preferred
-Ability to work in a safe and responsible manner
-Demonstrate working to a high level independently with minimum supervision and in a collaborative team environment
-Superb customer service skills with an enthusiasm to provide quality, fresh seafood for our customers
-Willingness and available to work a variety of shifts such as Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings and Weekends & Holidays

ASSETS:
-Food Safe certification an asset
-Restaurant management and food industry experience an asset
-Japanese, Chinese, Korean nationalities an asset
