I'm a man from Korea and currently studying at an university as well as working at a hotel in downtown.

I have a room to rent since 1st Feb on 1355 pendrell st, which is close to Davie area. supermarket is within 5 min, liquor store in 5 min, robson st in 15 min, downtown in 20 min.

Your room is fully furnished and it's only CAD$950 per a month.( including utilities, wifi, and hydro. I provide rice, tissues, detergents.)

I am quite friendly, easy going, clean, living hard, no smoking, no drugs.
Therefore, I'd like my roommate to have similar personality with me. I don't mind you are man or woman.
