We are looking for an experienced Care Aide to take care of a small family with a senior couple (total three family members only). Flexible hours, light workload, with competitive pay and housing benefits. The couple have no major physical health issues. Role Description 勤務内容
Provide light housekeeping and household assistance to the family 簡単な家事と雑務
Keep the senior couple company シニア夫婦のお世話
Arrange daily or weekly activities to keep them active and in good spirit 安排悠�粒萋伊萋�もしくは週一で、二人が楽しめる運動・アクティビティを企画＆実行
Prepare home meals and manage nutrition of the senior couple 夫婦の体に良い献立を考え、調理する
Qualities 資格
Good communication skills, especially with Seniors 高いコミュニケーション能力（特にシニアの扱いに長けた方）
Able to perform under pressure 圧力下でも仕事をきちんとこなせる
Class 5 Driver’s license preferred C5運転免許をお持ちの方優遇
Passionate about cooking or experiences with Asian cooking is an asset 料理上手（アジア料理に精通している方優遇）
Knowledge in nursing, counselling or arts therapy is an asset 看護、カウンセリング、又はアートセラピーの有識者優遇
Knowledge in conflict de-escalation is an asset 問題解決・回避能力の高い方優遇
Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) preferred but not absolutely required
Japanese or Korean also considered a plus but not required 日本語と韓国語堪能な方優遇
Experienced in social work / taking care of seniors will be an asset 福祉・介護職経験者は優遇
