We are a Canadian-Japanese corporation that specializes in education and real estate businesses in Canada and Japan. In the realm of education in Canada, we currently operate a VIP educational institution in Vancouver and a supporting agency in Toronto. We are scheduled to initiate our international exchange program in 2018 and open a full-time private school in Vancouver latest by summer 2019. As a VIP educational institution, we do not accept a great number of students and spread our resources thin. Instead, we restrict our student number with an annual capacity to ensure that we tailor the needs and aspirations of every student in achieving their goals. Out of our grade 12 graduating class, we have achieved the university entrance rate of 100%, with over 95% of our graduating students scoring the number one school on their priority list.

●Positions Overview　ポジション概要:
In light of our rapid expansion, we are recruiting for the following positions:
1. ONE IO-1 (Rank 1 Internal Affairs Officer) = Assistant General Operations Manager

(IO-1 Position):
The IO-1 Position at our institution is an entry-level officer position that is the equivalent to the Assistant Operations Manager position elsewhere. The IO-1 Position forms the backbone of our officer’s rank and it is a position designed for higher level promotion, rather than a rank to cling onto for the rest of one’s career; it is meant for applicants possesses strong career ambition and desires stability. Rigorous training and continuous on-job training will be provided to cultivate the abilities and skills of the candidates.
In addition, employees at the IO-1 Position must understand the essence and operation of all internal affairs associated with our business. An IO-1 assists IO-2/IO-3 Officers in managing and operating various departments such as the teaching department, online instruction department, university application department and human resource management department. Roughly around 20% of the IO-1’s working hours will be devoted to the teaching of less demanding classes in order to equip and continuously update the IO-1 with first-hand knowledge of our students, staffs, and classes.

IO-1 Position Basic Skill Requirements :
-Bachelor’s Degree from an internationally recognized university
-Full-time employment experience of at least 3 years
-Management experience of at least 1 years – with specialization/experience in ONE of the following:
(Customer Service / Human Resource Management / Inventory / General Operations)
-Complete fluency in English/Japanese (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
-Ability to conduct research
-Ability to translate (English <-> Japanese) orally and in writing
-Intermediate-level document compositional skills (with pictures) in English
-Intermediate-level computer skills in MS WORD, EXCEL, Power point and other programs
-Owns a car and a Class 5 Driver’s License

●What We Offer　
給与：年収＄48,600~＄50,400 START　
　　　IO-1の次のポジションIO-2に昇進する場合、年収＄70,000~＄80,000　STARTとなります。
