ONE Full-time Chef de partie
Requirement:
· Minimum of 5-year experience in leading a Japanese kitchen
· Familiar with the Canadian restaurant industry
· Ability to work flexible shifts and hours
· Basic English Skill

Responsibility:
· In charge of preparing, cooking and presenting dishes
· Assist in designing new dishes and upgrading menus
· ensure that kitchen operates in a timely way that meets quality standards
· Execute decisions regarding food quality
· Responsible for cost control
· Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
· Provide special dishes as required by some customers
Salary :100,000 Canadian Dollars per year
ONE Full-time General Manager
Requirement:At least 5-year experience in restaurant management
Attitude:Reliable individual with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a team, and have an eye for details.
Responsibility:
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant
· Determine type of services and menus to be offered and implement operational procedures
· Recruit staff and oversee staff training
· Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
· Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
· Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
· Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
