ChaoChao Gyoza was opened in Osaka Umeda in 1999 with an intention to enjoy delicious gyoza better than anywhere else. It is a place that is meant to make one feel comfortable and crowded by people who are happy.

Currently there are around 40 stores in Japan, two stores in Hong Kong and two stores in Philippine that were just opened over the past year, which have already received raved reviews.

As the first store in Canada, we are very exciting that you could join our growing family. The goal is to open 10+ stores across Canada.

We are aiming to open by October 2017.

Currently positions we are looking for (870 sqf restaurant, 30 seating, has liquor permit)

1) One store manager
2) One store supervisor
3) Four Servers/Cook +, both full time and part time welcome

Requirement:

1) able to read and communicate in Japanese and English
2) manager and supervisor needs to have minimum 1 year restaurant/hospitality management experience
3) Hardworking, attention to details, energetic, punctuate, and most important, LOVE Gyoza!

Hours of Operation:
1) 11 am to midnight (M-Thur)
2) 11 am to 2 am (Fri-Sun)

Wages:
1) Servers: Min wage + tips
2) Manager and supervisor: negotiable during interview (needs to have minimum one year contract with the store, will be paid for airfare and hotels with daily expense to Osaka for Training during September for one week)

All long term full time employees will have health and dental benefit after 3 month probation period. Bus-pass will be reimbursed for full time employees.

We will have paid orientation, study session, training, setting up until opening.
