About Us:
We are an established manufacturer involved in the beverage industry in the lower mainland with operations spanning across BC and overseas. Quality has been our philosophy in all aspects of the business. Our Head Office is located in Burnaby, BC.

The Position:

We have an immediate opening for the position of Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be required to complete the following tasks:

1) Assisting the President manage her daily activities.
2) Taking messages, making telephone calls;
3) Import/Exporting experience is required; and
4) Maintaining confidential documents and legal files;
5) Drafting email communications with good corresponding skills;
6) Ad hoc tasks may be assigned

Major Competencies include but are not limited to the following:

- Fluency in speaking and writing Japanese.
- Fluency in speaking and writing English
- Great computer skills (Excel, Windows Office, emails, ERPS, etc)
- Positive attitude and team player
- Attention to details
- Minimum 2 years experience in office administration.
- Good communication skills and organization skills
- Import/export experience is considered an asset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Hard working and ability to manage multiple deadlines
